Geeli Mitti is a tactile memory — of first rains, barefoot walks, and the scent of earth coming alive. On a soft earth-white base, the saree plays with repetition and balance. Bold 2-inch broad stripes in alternating shades of brown run alongside 8-inch long semi-circles — some solid, some striped — creating a rhythm of geometry and soil-toned quietude. A dark brown 2-inch border grounds the piece, while the body features a vertical repeat of one light and one dark brown stripe. The pallu is anchored with an arc of semi-circles — a horizon of mud and memory — finished with earthy tassels.
